LUKSIN apparel is designed intuitively, with silhouettes that flatter, and a balance of boyish and feminine elements- combining vintage tailoring styles with original ideas.Prints are drawn, placed, and scaled with a tattoo art sensibility, and consideration to the landscape of the body.Fabrics, materials and labor are sourced with a focus on sustainability and ethics. Manufacturing is domestic and materials are found domestically whenever possible. Organic cotton, hemp, and bamboo which require no chemicals to grow and have minimal impact are used as fabric, and non-toxic inks are used to print the garments, creating clothing that's easy on the earth, and looks good doing it.

PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT: MOLLY HUTCHINS

During a long Maine winter in 1990, Molly made a pieced cotton jacket. When the denim blue and cream colored jacket was complete she sent it off to her Mother in Kennebunkport, Maine. Wherever her Mom wore the jacket, complete strangers would come up to her and say "Where did you get that jacket?" Her answer soon became, "You too can have one!" Molly’s business and the signature "Molly Jacket" was born.
Since then, Molly has become somewhat of an “institution” in Boothbay Harbor. She is constantly creating. Her passion is in the fabric she finds. Her store is filled with creations that sometimes come to her in the middle of the night.
She has, just recently, started doing lines that can cross generations as well as time zones. This introduction to all things “Molly” is just the beginning. The headbands are timeless. The fabrics, classic. The scarves are slinky and soft. They are the perfect way to add a little color to your day. Wearing a little Black dress? Wrap a Molly scarf at the hips for a whole new look.
